With its numerous victories in national and international cross-country races, our EvoCross range combines lightness, robustness, and responsiveness. Wide, low-profile, and lightweight rims are made even more robust thanks to their 3.5 mm thick edges. Different profiles are used: stronger at the rear, wider at the front. Our model is currently used by Team Bagnol Omega , Team Ornans , and Team Superior Rafal Cycling .

Craftsmanship

Our expertise

Hand assembly

Each wheel is hand-built in our Annecy workshops to guarantee maximum quality and precision. This artisanal process optimizes spoke tension, minimizing wobble and hop. Each spoke is individually checked with a high-precision Sapim tensiometer, ensuring perfect and uniform tension. Unlike industrial assembly, our method allows us to achieve higher tensions and correct rim imperfections invisible to the machine. Each wheel is tailored to your weight and riding style, guaranteeing improved performance and increased durability.

The ligatures

The spoke lacing is a steel wire that binds the spokes at each crossing, held in place by tin solder. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't significantly improve lateral stiffness, but it plays a key role in the performance and durability of your wheels.

  1. Better torque transfer: The ligatures improve the transfer of pedaling torque, offering better efficiency.
  2. Elimination of extraneous noise: They prevent friction between the spokes, guaranteeing a quiet ride.
  3. Increased safety: In case of breakage, the spoke is held and does not risk piercing the rim or damaging your frame or derailleur.
