Rims

- Wide, low and light rims, robust thanks to their 4 mm thick edges, differentiated profiles: more resistant at the rear, wider at the front.
- Internal width of 28 mm at the rear and 30 mm at the front.
- Front rim: 30 mm internal width, 330 g (+ or - 15 grams), 4 mm asymmetry, hookless sidewalls, tubeless compatible, 18 mm depth, lightweight fiber, 28 holes

Hubs

DT Swiss 240 hubs. As with the DT Swiss 350, reliability is impeccable. It still features the infallible 36-tooth ratchet freehub system, here in its improved EXP version. The bearings are higher-end, and the machining is more advanced, resulting in a weight saving of approximately 75 grams. Disc brake mounts: 6-bolt or centerlock.
Rays

- 56 flat Sapim CX-Ray spokes, the best compromise between strength, responsiveness and lightness. Steel lacing optional.
- Nuts with thread-locking technology. To ensure long-term stability of the assembly.
Assembly

Assembly and spoke construction entirely by hand in France at our workshops in Annecy. High tensions for a very responsive wheel. Equalized tensions and eliminated residual stresses for a wheel that is very stable over time.

Asymmetric rims allow for better balance of spoke tension, reducing stress on the wheel. The result: greater durability and improved stiffness.

An ultra-low 18mm profile provides maximum comfort and grip thanks to a higher deformation of the tire's balloon.

Hand-assembled in France

Our EvoCross - DT Swiss 240 model is entirely hand-assembled in our workshops in Annecy. Hand assembly guarantees optimal spoke tension, minimizing wobble and hop. Through individual spoke checks with a high-precision Sapim tensiometer, we equalize spoke tensions for exceptional durability and performance. The result: higher-performing, more durable wheels, built to last.
