Hubs

DT Swiss 180 hubs. The high-performance hub from DT Swiss with ceramic bearings for ultimate lightness and impeccable reliability. It still features the infallible 36-tooth ratchet freehub system, here in its improved EXP version. Disc brake mounts: Centerlock.
Rays

- 48 Sapim CX-Ray straightpull flat spokes, the best compromise between strength, responsiveness and lightness. Steel lacing optional.
- Nuts with thread-locking technology, to ensure the stability of the assembly over time.
Assembly

Assembly and spoke construction entirely by hand in France at our workshops in Annecy. High tensions for a very responsive wheel. Equalized tensions and eliminated residual stresses for a wheel that is very stable over time.

Asymmetry

Asymmetric rims allow for better balance of spoke tension, reducing stress on the wheel. The result: greater durability and improved stiffness.

Wavy

The "Wavy" profile improves stiffness and aerodynamics, while reducing lateral wind resistance. Its design allows for a lighter rim for climbs while offering maximum efficiency on flat sections.

WideRim

We've widened our rim to the maximum for the perfect balance between aerodynamics and comfort. The result: reduced drag, improved airflow, and better grip on all terrains. You'll go faster and further.

Hand-assembled in France

Our EvoMud - DT Swiss 180 model is entirely hand-assembled in our workshops in Annecy. Hand assembly guarantees optimal spoke tension, minimizing wobble and hop. Through individual spoke checks with a high-precision Sapim tensiometer, we equalize spoke tensions for exceptional durability and performance. The result: higher-performing, more durable wheels, built to last.
